MOST items listed on this site are READY TO SHIP, unless the listing indicates otherwise. Non-custom orders are shipped out via USPS within 7-10 business days of payment received unless sizing adjustments are needed. Because of our rural location, shipping labels are printed in-studio and packages are dropped off 1-2 days a week at the post office (typically Tuesday and Friday, but days may vary based on work schedules). 

Items which are labeled "MADE TO ORDER" will be entered into our production queue once the order and payment are received. Please take note of the item description for each of those listings for an estimated production time frame. I will try my best to get items made and shipped in the shorter end of the window, but please bear in mind that I work a very demanding and stressful "day job" at an animal shelter that can affect my productivity. If you need a "MADE TO ORDER" item by a certain deadline, please contact me ahead of purchase to ensure that it is possible.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight and start at $5.50 to US addresses and $16.00 to Canada. We will consider shipping to other locations, but you must send a message first to discuss prices.

Payment Methods

Nocturne's Armoire accepts payment by all major credit cards through Paypal and Stripe. We also accept "Pay in 4" payments via Klarna for qualified users directly in the checkout. 

If you use any of the following other "Pay in 4" apps, you can order on our website using their "one time use card" or "pay anywhere" options through each indiviual app: Zip (formerly Quadpay), Zilch, Sezzle Anywhere

The "Pay on Pickup" option is for local, established customers only. Please message prior to choosing this option if we have not already discussed your pending purchase. If you choose "Pay on Pickup" at checkout when it does not apply to you, we will reach out to you for payment one time within 24 hours of order received. If order total is not paid promptly, your order will be cancelled. Repeat offenders will be blocked from future purchasing.

Coupon Codes

Any current temporary coupon codes will be displayed on the top bar of the website, as well as on our social media. The backend design of this website only allows for one coupon code to be entered at checkout when placing an order.

Members of our V.I.F. (Very Important Fiends) Facebook group have access to a 15% off permanent coupon code that can be used at any time. You can request to join the group HERE - make sure to answer the entry question or your access request will be denied.

Coupon codes are not applicable towards the purchase of the following: Gift Certificates, Happy Mail, Countdown Boxes, Mystery Boxes, Tip Your Artist

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase starting at $10.00 and redeemable on this website. If you need a different value than one that is shown, please send a message through the contact page and we will get that set up for you. 

Gift certificates will be emailed to you or the recipient, if indicated, within 24 hours following purchase. Each certificate will contain a unique redemption code to be typed in the "coupon code" section at checkout for the chosen amount off your total purchase. If you do not use the entire total on your purchase, the remaining balance for your code will be adjusted until the total is depleted.

If you are purchasing a gift certificate as a gift for someone else, please include their name and email address in the comments at checkout if you wish to have it sent directly to the recipient.

The backend design of this website does not allow for more than one coupon code to be applied on the same order. If you use a gift certificate, you will not be able to also use any current discount codes for your order.

Local Order Pick-up

The "Available for Pick Up" option is for local, established customers only. We will reach out to you once your order is ready to set up a day and time for you to pick up your order. For the safety of all involved, if we have never met in person before, then this option is not for you. 

If you choose the pick up option at checkout when it does not apply to you, we will reach out to you for payment of shipping fees one time within 24 hours of order received. If fees are not paid promptly, your order will be cancelled. Repeat offenders will be blocked from future purchasing.

Sizing and Adjustments

Please inquire about needed alterations to any item BEFORE purchasing to insure that the changes you desire are possible.

All earring sizes listed are the TOTAL length from top to bottom of the earring, INCLUDING the post or ear wire. In most cases, we can swap out ear wires for posts or clip-ons for no extra charge. 

Necklaces and bracelets are properly measured on round mandrels--the size given reflects the INSIDE measurement of the piece with the clasp fastened. This may differ from the length of the necklace or bracelet when measured laid open from end to end--that measurement is not always accurate as the thickness and diameter of materials must be taken into account. If you require a piece in a different length than the size listed (either longer or shorter), please contact us and we will be happy to oblige if possible. There may be some instances where lengthening a piece is not possible if the materials are no longer available.

Any needed alterations will likely increase the shipping time frame for your order. 

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not satified with your Nocturne's Armoire purchase, please email us at within 5 days of receiving your package to discuss what can be done to remedy the situation. Damaged items will be repaired or remade if possible (the original damaged item MUST be returned). Items returned for any other reason will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

DO NOT return a package without contacting us first for instructions. All returned packages must have delivery confirmation to protect both the buyer and the seller. Items must be returned with any original packaging (padded jewelry box, hang tags, etc.) and in unused/unworn condition. PLEASE NOTE--Local Health Department regulations specifically do not allow for the return of pierced earrings that have been worn.

Nocturne's Armoire makes every effort to accurately represent all items listed in the store. If you have questions regarding materials, sizing or colors, the best time to ask is BEFORE you make the purchase. Please remember that colors in photos will vary on different devices.

Custom Orders and Commissions

We are only able to accept a very limited amount of custom orders at this time. Please send a message through the contact page of this website detailing your idea and include your location and any deadlines with your request. We will consider any custom requests on a case by case basis and let you know if it is possible. Since custom requests vary so widely, completion dates and pricing will be discussed on an individual basis.  Custom orders under $100 must be paid in full before the project will be started. Custom orders of $100+ will require a 50% deposit before project will be started, with the balance due prior to shipping. 


Wholesale inquiries are always welcome. Please message us with the name, location and demographic of your store for a copy of our wholesale terms. A unique wholesale discount code will be created for your authorized buyer to enter at checkout for ordering directly from the website.

Happy Mail

Nocturne's Armoire is proud to host a pay-it-forward program called "Secret Fiends Happy Mail". We have many long-time supporters and fans of our items who either cannot afford to purchase pieces or are going through a rough patch and could use a little pick-me-up. Happy Mail is similar to a year-round "Secret Santa", where you purchase a listing of your chosen dollar amount and we will ship a package of goodies or a gift certificate of that value (or often higher) to someone from our Secret Fiends list. 

If you would like to be included on our Secret Fiend list to possibly receive Happy Mail in the future, please join our private Facebook group The Armoire or fill out our Customer Information Form.

No prior purchase is required to be included on our Secret Fiends Happy Mail list. Being on the list does not guarantee that you will receive a Happy Mail package. The amount of packages sent out is entirely dependent on how many orders are placed for them. We will typically include something extra in Happy Mail packages at our own expense.
